Winemaking: Hand-picked and direct pressed with whole bunches. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging on fine lees for 5 months.

Tasting notes: Light pink color. Notes of fresh red fruits and a slight floral touch. Very fresh, reflecting the good acidity it has, in an enveloping and smooth combination.

Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif or with salads, seafood or Asian food.
