Winemaking: Manual harvest into 15 kg boxes, grape selection and fermentation for 10 days at 24ºC. Partial aging in French oak barrels for 14 months.

Tasting notes: An elegant combination of ripe red fruits, black plums and balsamic notes. Subtly, spicy notes and some hints of vanilla emerge. Full but elegant. The sensation of freshness that the proximity of the sea gives it accompanies a long finish. It is captivating due to its silky texture, with a very persistent finish.

Harmonization: Particularly pleasant to accompany a meal with a starter, meat dishes or even on its own, on any occasion. It should be served at a temperature of 16-18ºC.
