Winemaking: Hand-picked grapes into 15 kg boxes, grape selection and fermentation for 10 days at 22ºC, followed by prolonged maceration for 1 month. Aged in 750-litre terracotta amphorae for 7 months.

Tasting notes: Very open ruby ​​colour. The fruity aromas of cherry and fresh raspberries emerge against a background of earthy notes and some aromatic herbs. It shows all the elegance of the Negra Mole variety, vibrant, very smooth and medium-long.

Pairing: Ideal with appetizers or accompanying salads, baked fish dishes, Asian food or white meats.
