Winemaking: Manual harvest followed by grape selection and fermentation for 8 days at 24ºC. Prolonged maceration for 3 weeks. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.

Tasting notes: Deep ruby colour. The violet and bergamot notes characteristic of the variety are surrounded by ripe black fruits, with notes from the barrels where it was aged discreetly completing the tasting. It has a very engaging, smooth but very persistent tasting.

Pairing: Perfectly accompanies some cod dishes, red meats and soft cheeses.
