Vinification: Refrigeration of the grapes, skin maceration, followed by pressing and decantation of the must. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Aged for eight months in Hungarian oak barrels on fine lees.

Tasting notes: Crystal clear appearance. Citrine color. Rich, sublime and expressive aroma with mineral and smoky notes. Complex, full and creamy wine, with good balance and persistence in the mouth.

Pairing: Serve with shellfish and shellfish, grilled fish, fish pasta, white meat and seafood bread.
