Vinification: Refrigeration of the grapes, skin maceration, followed by pressing and decantation of the must. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Aging on fine lees.

Tasting notes: Crystal clear appearance. Salmon colour. Expressive aroma, with notes of red fruit. Good acidity making the set fresh and appealing .

Pairing: Serve with salads, tuna tartare, fish cataplana, grilled white meats and also as an aperitif.
