Winemaking: Refrigeration of the grapes. Light skin maceration, followed by gentle pressing and decantation of the must. It is produced from the first pressing of the grapes and fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature.

Tasting notes: Crystal clear appearance. Light salmon color. Rich aroma, with notes of nectarine. Fresh and creamy wine in the mouth, revealing some minerality.

Pairing: Serve with oysters, sushi, scallops and as an appetizer.
