Vinification: Refrigeration of the grapes, skin maceration, followed by pressing and decantation of the must. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Aging for 3 months, sur lie and batonnage in Hungarian oak barrels.

Tasting notes: Crystal clear appearance. Pink color. Aroma of red fruits with subtle notes of wood. Complex and full-bodied wine, full, creamy, with balance and persistence in the mouth.

Pairing: Serve with octopus rice, grilled or smoked fish, grilled lamb chops and white meats.
