Vinification: Destemming at 80% and maceration for 20 days in stainless steel mills. Alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperature and two repisas daily. Post-fermentation maceration in prolonged cuvaison and malolactic fermentation. Aging for 18 months in new French oak barrels. Coarse filtration.
