Vinification: Destemming followed by maceration in stainless steel presses. Alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperature and two repisas daily. Post-fermentation maceration in cuvaison for 15 days and malolactic fermentation. Aged for one year in American and French oak barrels.

Tasting notes: Intense ruby/violet color. Aroma of ripe wild fruits, spices and chocolate. Intense varietal flavor with good tannin structure.

Pairing: Serve with game and duck dishes, oven-roasted lamb and grilled meats.
