Winemaking: Sparkling wine made using the traditional method. First fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 13ºC for 3 weeks. Second fermentation in the bottle at a controlled temperature of 14ºC for 4 weeks. Nine months of ageing until disgorgement in January 2023.

Tasting notes: Citrine color. Elegant and fine bubbles. Full of aromas of citrus, apple and brioche. Creamy and elegant on the palate. Very exuberant and persistent finish.
