Winemaking: Sparkling wine made using the traditional method. First fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 13ºC for 3 weeks. Second fermentation in the bottle at a controlled temperature of 14ºC for 4 weeks. Nine months of ageing until disgorgement in January 2023.

Tasting notes: Light salmon color. Elegant and fine bubbles. Aroma of brioche bread, with notes of roses, wild berries and craft beer. Lively mousse on the palate. Elegant, fruity and crispy on the finish.
