Vinification: Total destemming followed by crushing and pressing. Fermentation with temperature control systems between 12ºC - 14ºC. Fermentation ends in second and third use French oak barrels, followed by 4 months of aging.

Tasting notes: Lemon yellow color. The region's mild climate and proximity to the sea provide excellent conditions for the production of quality grapes. Made exclusively from a selection of Arinto grapes, it has a citrus color and unique freshness and vivacity. Perfect to drink as an aperitif or with your daily meal.
