Vinification: The grapes, previously de-stemmed, underwent pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel vats, with temperature control, not exceeding 27ºC, for 12 days. The wine was partially aged for 10 months in French and American oak barrels.

Tasting notes: Deep ruby ​​color. The region's mild climate and proximity to the sea provide excellent conditions for the production of quality grapes. Made from our best selection of grapes from the Touriga Nacional, Syrah and Negra Mole varieties. With a deep ruby ​​color, this wine stands out for its complexity between the evident aromas and flavors of ripe red fruit, notes of cedar, chocolate and spices from a prolonged aging in French and American oak barrels. A wine that will certainly leave good memories and that demonstrates the best that this region of the Algarve has to offer.
