Winemaking: Hand-picked in the early hours of the day into 12kg boxes. After selection and sorting, the grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation and subsequent aging for 10 months in stainless steel in the presence of fine lees.

Tasting notes: The Convento do Paraíso White 2023 reveals a very typical aroma of the variety, with notes of tropical fruit and white pulp and some floral. Medium-structured, with good balance and good acidity, it maintains the fruity note in the mouth with a long finish.
