Winemaking: Manual harvest in the early hours of the day into 12kg boxes. After selection and sorting, the grapes were de-stemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation and subsequent aging for 8 months in stainless steel in the presence of fine lees.

Tasting notes: Slightly salmon color, exuberant aroma of red fruits and hints of violet. In the mouth it is a very refined rosé, fruity, balanced acidity and good gastronomic aptitude.
