Winemaking: Made from our best selection of Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The grapes were subjected to a process of total destemming followed by crushing and pressing. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats with temperature control between 10ºC - 12ºC. The wine aged in the vats for 4 months in contact with the fine fermentation lees.

Tasting notes: This wine has a great aromatic intensity with notes of tropical fruits such as mango and passion fruit. In the mouth it is complex at first, quite exuberant and reveals a good combination of fruity notes and a balanced freshness.
