Winemaking: Made from our best selection of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The grapes were previously destemmed and underwent a pre-fermentation maceration process at low temperatures for 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control systems between 26º - 28º C for 12 days. The wine aged in French and American oak barrels for 12 months.

Tasting notes: With an intense and concentrated ruby ​​colour, this wine reveals aromas of ripe black fruits well combined with notes of pepper and spices. In the mouth it is full-bodied, velvety, with elegant and smooth tannins well combined with balanced acidity. Long, pleasant and persistent finish.
