Winemaking: Created from our best selection of Negra Mole grapes. The grapes were previously de-stemmed, going through a pre-fermentative maceration process at low temperatures for 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks with temperature control systems between 26º - 28º C, for 14 days. Maceration in contact with a submerged blanket for 28 days.

Tasting notes: Ruby color. With a beautiful light ruby ​​color, this wine has a complex aromatic profile with floral and cherry notes. In the mouth it is very elegant, fresh and full of red fruits.
