Winemaking: Hand-picked into 12kg boxes, which were quickly transported to the winery. Very gentle pressing, followed by static defecation for 24 hours. The Arinto was batonaged for 3 months to give it greater unctuousness and reveal its aromas. Aged for 6 months on fine lees.

Tasting notes: Citrus color, complex aroma, white fruit (apple, pear) and some jasmine. In the mouth it has an acidic, unctuous, fresh and crunchy base. Long and slightly mineral finish.

Pairing: Goes well with grilled or oven-baked fish, grilled meats, pasta, salads and sushi.
