Winemaking: Hand-picked into 12 kg boxes to preserve the quality of the grapes. Temperature controlled for 15 days, followed by 12 months of ageing on fine lees for greater smoothness and complexity.

Tasting notes: This wine is made from the Antão Vaz, Arinto and Alvarinho grape varieties. With notes of citrus and white fruit, and some smoke. Good minerality and floral nuances. The palate is marked by the excellent natural acidity provided by the Arinto, resulting in a very elegant and vibrant wine.
