Winemaking: Manual harvesting into 12 kg boxes in order to preserve all the quality of the grapes. Controlled temperature of 12ºC for 3 weeks followed by a 6-month aging on fine lees with batonnage for greater unctuousness and complexity.

Tasting notes: Traditional Algarve grape variety from vineyards around 70 years old. Very fresh, notes of red fruit and floral accent, white chocolate. Slight spicy herbaceous touch, with very striking minerality. Dry, palate with a slight smoky note. With volume and structure combining the softness of the tannins with the vibrant minerality and salinity that gives it an elegant, long and complex finish with great gastronomic aptitude.
