Winemaking: Hand-picked into 12 kg boxes to preserve the quality of the grapes. Cold skin maceration to extract more colour and aromas. Alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC to preserve the aromas of the grape variety. Cuvaison with the grapes for 7 days, separation of the wine by drop and press. Aged for 18 months with alternative wood. Aged for 12 months before bottling.

Tasting notes: Elegant aroma, with notes of wild berries and violet flowers enveloped by balsamic notes and spices. In the mouth, it is enveloping, fresh, voluminous with a persistent finish. Acidity and tannic structure promise a long and good aging.
