Vinification: Very careful manual harvest with selection in the winery. Direct pressing of the whole bunch. Vinification in stainless steel tanks without contact with the grapes and with a controlled temperature of around 12-14ºC.

Tasting notes: Pale yellow color, where the floral and peach aromas are very present. In the mouth it is tense and mineral, finishing with great elegance.

Pairing: Goes well with salads, grilled fish and white meat.
