Winemaking: The grapes were carefully selected and vinified and transported in 18kg boxes. In the winery, fermentation at controlled temperature, 25-day cuvaison. Aged 100% in French oak barrels for 18 months.

Tasting notes: Black cherry in colour, with aromas of black plums and red fruit, with hints of dark chocolate, which are well integrated with notes of spices from the barrel. On tasting, it is rich and concentrated with ripe tannins and good elegance. Finishes with fresh fruit.

Pairing: Goes well with casserole dishes, game birds and creamy cheeses.
