Winemaking: Hand-picked white and red grape varieties in the 4th week of September 2022, followed by light destemming and maceration with foot treading in a wine press. Fermentation occurred spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, without temperature control for 8 days. Malolactic fermentation ended in January 2023, and the wine was transferred to 550-liter stainless steel tanks, and part of the wine aged for 10 months in 225-liter used oak barrels. The wine was certified, with low-dose SO2 used for protection. The wine was not filtered, decanting was spontaneous, and the wine clarified naturally.

Tasting notes: Open ruby ​​color, typical of the palette color with a slight touch of shine. On the nose, the aromas are of ripe red and black forest fruits, such as blueberries and currants. On the palate, it is dry, young, medium in body, with medium tannins and genuine, typical of wines with little intervention. Pleasant and long finish.

Pairing: Versatile wine that goes well with many types of food, but we recommend serving it cold, around 16º C. Boards of cold meats and soft and semi-hard cheeses, roast lamb, cod with creamier sauces. Unfiltered wine, subject to deposit. Vegan.
