Winemaking: Grapes are hand-picked and placed in 20kg boxes. They are carefully selected as most of the vineyard is mixed with red grapes. In the winery, the grapes are pressed using the champagne method, meaning the grapes are pressed whole and fermentation is carried out using the traditional open spout method.

Tasting notes: Straw yellow color, mineral aroma and floral notes. In the mouth it is intense and mineral.

Pairing: Gastronomic and goes well with fish, grilled white meats and lush salads.
