Winemaking: Grapes are hand-picked and placed in 20kg boxes. They are carefully selected as most of the vineyard is mixed with red grapes. In the winery, the grapes are pressed using the champagne method, meaning the grapes are pressed whole and fermentation is carried out using the traditional open spout method.

Tasting notes: Pale yellow color, intense floral aroma, light and very fruity in the mouth.

Pairing: Grilled seafood, ceviche and Asian food such as sushi.
