Winemaking: Grapes are hand-picked and placed in 12kg boxes. In the winery, the grapes are pressed using the champagne method, meaning that the grapes are pressed whole and fermented in new French oak barrels, with periodic battonage. Aged in 500-liter French oak barrels for 10 months.

Tasting notes: Straw yellow color, aroma notes of pollen and white fruit, in the mouth the entrance is generous and greedy, ending with clean fruit.

Pairing: Seafood risottos, salads and grilled meats.
