Winemaking: Grapes are hand-picked and placed in 20kg boxes. In the winery, the grapes undergo a brief cold maceration before alcoholic fermentation begins. Fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature, never exceeding 28ºC. Only part of the batch is aged in French oak, as the aim is to maintain the fruit profile.

Tasting notes: Ruby color with notes of ripe red fruit. When tasting, the structure is soft and velvety, with a fruit-rich and persistent finish.

Harmonization: Gastronomic wine that goes well with red meat and some strong fish dishes, such as baked cod.
