Winemaking: Grapes are hand-picked and placed in 20kg boxes. They are carefully selected as most of the vineyard is mixed with red grapes. In the winery, the grapes are pressed using the champagne method, meaning the grapes are pressed whole and fermentation is carried out using the traditional open spout method.

Tasting notes: Light red color, aroma with notes of red fruit, elegant and textured on the palate.

Harmonization: Simple grilled dishes such as grilled sardines and black pork or seafood skewers.
