Winemaking: Grapes are hand-picked and placed in 12kg boxes. In the winery, the grapes undergo a brief cold maceration before alcoholic fermentation begins. Fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature, never exceeding 28ºC. Only 80% of the batch is aged in French oak barrels for 18 months.

Tasting notes: Very concentrated black cherry color, the aroma is dominated by black berries with pipe notes. In the mouth it has texture and rusticity.

Harmonization: It goes well with stewed or roasted red meats and soft cheeses.
