Vinification: Whole bunch and disentangled, direct to the carving, spontaneous static fermentation, cuvaison for 4 months, followed by pressing. No filtration. Aging in bottle for 12 months.

Tasting notes: Ruby color, the aroma presents pure and clean red fruits resulting from the Castelão variety, on the palate the acidity and depth of the Negra Mole variety prevails.

Pairing : Ideal with dried fruits, hard-rind cheeses and game dishes.
