Vinification: Very selective manual harvest, in 20kg boxes, vinified at a controlled temperature between 12-14°C using the traditional open spout method.

Tasting notes: Greenish citrine color. On the nose it presents notes of lemon and pineapple and a slight vegetal note typical of the Arinto variety. Fresh with a very present acidity and minerality in a long and persistent finish.

Pairing: Goes well with seafood, oysters with lemon and grilled fish.
