Tasting notes: Slightly golden in color. Aroma of floral, mineral and slightly fruity notes reminiscent of quince. In the mouth, soft, creamy and mineral with a slightly salty and fresh finish.

Pairing: Serve with fish stew, seafood rice or Algarve goat cheese.
