Vinification: Very selective manual harvest, in 20kg boxes, vinified at a controlled temperature and then aged in 225-litre French oak barrels on the lees “sur lies” for 5 months.

Tasting notes: Golden color. Complex aroma with soft caramelized and vanilla notes and fruity notes of peach and grapefruit. Creamy, balanced and very complex on the palate. Long, fresh and persistent finish.

Pairing: Goes well with soft cheeses, lighter meat dishes such as turkey or chicken and more intense seafood such as lobster.
