Vinification: Very selective manual harvest, in 20kg boxes, vinified at a controlled temperature between 14 – 16°C using the traditional open spout method.

Tasting notes: Pale pink colour. On the nose it presents aromas of red fruits, namely raspberry and cherry. On the palate, freshness and acidity harmonised in a long and fruity finish.

Pairing: Goes well with salads and sushi.
