Winemaking: After fermentation at a controlled temperature of 27ºC for 10 days, the wine is aged for 15 days in a tank filled with pulp. Malolactic fermentation with wood substitutes followed by an 8-month ageing period. Ageing in the bottle for 3 months.

Tasting notes: Garnet-colored wine with aromas of fresh red fruit with notes of jam, light spices and some vanilla. In the mouth it has a balanced acidity with soft tannins. It has a dry finish with some longevity.
