Winemaking: Grapes harvested by hand into 12kg boxes. Vinification in 225L French oak barrels and stainless steel vats. The maritime influence and limestone soils of the Barrocal region provide a balanced ripening of the grapes, producing fresh, highly aromatic and dense wines. Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting notes: Straw yellow color with golden hues. Aroma revealing a profile of ripe tropical fruit with notes of mango and peach.
