Winemaking: This wine has a special feature: it is hand-picked into 12kg boxes. The grapes are carefully selected, as most of the grapes in the vineyard are mixed with red grapes. In the winery, the grapes are pressed directly from the whole bunch, and the grapes are decanted and fermented cold. The grapes are aged for 6 months in stainless steel.

Tasting notes: Yellow in color with greenish notes, the aroma is fruity and exuberant. In the mouth it is balanced with a fresh finish and lots of fruit.

Pairing: Sea fish, grilled white meats, lush salads and shellfish.
