Winemaking: Grapes are hand-picked and placed in 20kg boxes. In the winery, the grapes undergo a brief cold maceration before alcoholic fermentation begins. Fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature, never exceeding 28ºC. Only part of the batch is aged in French oak, as the aim is to maintain the fruit profile.

Tasting notes: Violet in color with notes of black fruits, jam and chocolate. In the mouth it is smooth and robust, with a creamy finish.

Pairing: Seasoned meats and some casserole dishes.
