Winemaking: Hand-picked into 15 kg boxes and whole bunch pressed. Fermentation for 23 days at 16ºC in terracotta amphorae. Aged on fine lees in the same 750 litre amphorae for 8 months.
Tasting notes: Color r Light and bold. With a discreet and very elegant aroma, it shows different characteristics throughout the tasting. At first, it is dominated by cherries and wild berries, followed by charming notes of clay in the background, which give this wine a unique character. With a rare elegance, it is a vibrant but very smooth wine with a medium-long finish.
Pairing: Ideal with appetizers or accompanying salads, Asian food or grilled fish.

Return policy
The customer may return a product up to 48 hours after receiving it. Only returns of products that are damaged or in poor condition are permitted. To return an order, you must contact us by sending an email to help@avotetewineshop.com or using our form, explaining the reasons for the return. If the product is broken or deteriorated, we may ask the customer to provide photographs of the condition of the product in question. In these cases, Avó Têtê - Wine Shop will cover the costs of returning the products, provided that they are broken, damaged or in poor condition. If the order is correct, but the customer has changed their mind or does not agree with any of the products, they have seven days to make the return. All products must be in perfect condition, unopened, unused and in their original packaging, exactly as they were received by the customer. Shipping costs to our facilities will be borne by the customer. Once received and inspected, we will proceed to pay the same amount for which the customer purchased the product.
