Winemaking: Grapes harvested manually into 12kg boxes and carefully selected at the sorting table. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature with several pumping overs throughout the process. Aging for 18 months in new and used French oak barrels.
Tasting notes: The 2017 edition of Convento do Paraíso Tinto has a very appealing nose with layers of red and black fruit, barrel spices and some balsamic. In the mouth the wine is round, revealing itself to be very refined, structured and with a long aftertaste.

Return policy
The customer may return a product up to 48 hours after receiving it. Only returns of products that are damaged or in poor condition are permitted. To return an order, you must contact us by sending an email to help@avotetewineshop.com or using our form, explaining the reasons for the return. If the product is broken or deteriorated, we may ask the customer to provide photographs of the condition of the product in question. In these cases, Avó Têtê - Wine Shop will cover the costs of returning the products, provided that they are broken, damaged or in poor condition. If the order is correct, but the customer has changed their mind or does not agree with any of the products, they have seven days to make the return. All products must be in perfect condition, unopened, unused and in their original packaging, exactly as they were received by the customer. Shipping costs to our facilities will be borne by the customer. Once received and inspected, we will proceed to pay the same amount for which the customer purchased the product.
