Vinification: Manual harvest into 12 kg boxes to preserve all the quality of the grapes. Controlled temperature of 12ºC for 3 weeks followed by a 6-month aging on fine lees with batonnage for greater creaminess and complexity.
Tasting notes: Traditional Algarvian grape variety from vines about 70 years old. Very fresh, notes of red fruit and floral accent, white chocolate. Slight spicy herbaceous touch, with very marked minerality. Dry, palate with a slight smoky note. With volume and structure combining the softness of the tannins with the vibrant minerality and salinity that gives it an elegant, long, and complex finish with great gastronomic aptitude.

Return policy
The customer may return a product up to 48 hours after receiving it. Only returns of products that are damaged or in poor condition are permitted. To return an order, you must contact us by sending an email to help@avotetewineshop.com or using our form, explaining the reasons for the return. If the product is broken or deteriorated, we may ask the customer to provide photographs of the condition of the product in question. In these cases, Avó Têtê - Wine Shop will cover the costs of returning the products, provided that they are broken, damaged or in poor condition. If the order is correct, but the customer has changed their mind or does not agree with any of the products, they have seven days to make the return. All products must be in perfect condition, unopened, unused and in their original packaging, exactly as they were received by the customer. Shipping costs to our facilities will be borne by the customer. Once received and inspected, we will proceed to pay the same amount for which the customer purchased the product.
